The room was exceptionally nice, without a doubt, had a microwave oven, an electric kettle, and a refrigerator. There was lots of outstanding meals. The location was nice, just off common areas and the beach. Also, it was about 5 minutes' drive to Museo Garifuna.

We had a wonderful time staying at this hotel. Best aspects included stunning beachfront location for snorkeling, comfortable beds, and plenteous and clean breakfast. Staff were friendly and helpful especially the bar staff who were exceptional. Although the WiFi only works in common areas, the beauty of this facility and outstanding ocean views more than make up for it.
Nothing at all.

Great Location
This place is conveniently located near the beach and other common areas. Plus, I had a sweet view of the mountains from the window of my twin room. 🏞️

The beach was stunning and the water was perfect for swimming, making it a great setting for a romantic escape. The staff were friendly and helpful, which added to the relaxing atmosphere of the hotel. there were a few good restaurants in the area that provided delicious local cuisine.
This hotel didn't meet our expectations. The room was quite small and outdated, which didn't provide the romantic setting we were hoping for.

The food at the resort was plentiful and delicious, with a good variety to choose from. The wait staff were attentive and always available to assist with anything we needed. Additionally, the bar staff were exceptional, making sure our drinks were always topped up and providing excellent service. Moreover, the beauty of the facility and the ocean were truly outstanding, providing a stunning backdrop for our New Year celebrations.
One major drawback of our stay was the lack of Wi-Fi. As me and my friend needed to stay connected with our businesses and families, the absence of reliable Wi-Fi was a real inconvenience.

The cabins in the woods were great and offered a nice, quiet escape from the pool area. the staff was helpful and accommodating which made our stay more enjoyable. We were able to find some food that we liked which is always a plus.
The loud music that plays from early in the morning until late at night made it difficult to relax and enjoy our time. some of the animals on the premises seemed to be in poor condition which was upsetting.

We had a great time enjoying the beautiful beach, crystal clear water, and even got to go snorkeling. The staff was always helpful and attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed. Our room was comfortable and clean, with a lovely view of the lush greenery. The pool was a nice alternative to the beach, and the WiFi worked well in the public areas.
We did notice that some of the music around the resort was quite loud, which could be a bit annoying at times.
